JC4Kidz now runs each week, except the last Sunday of the month, when they come to Family Service - a non-eucharistic service of fun for children and adults.

What have the Kids been up to in the last few weeks? Well if you don't know, you've missed a treat because we all think that they have been incredibly creative - and they tell us they've had lots of fun

The time is spent on hearing a story, doing some craft, playing table football and whole lots more. At the end of the morning they are exhausted! (and so are the leaders!!)

Recently they have:

Made a working model of Jonah being swallowed by the whale - and learnt a song which everyone sang in church

Played a game of Trust so that only by listening to the others could they get through the maze
Made a group of figures and designed a model of the Crucifixion for Good Friday

Designed and made an Easter Garden for Easter Day

Learnt about the 30 pieces of Silver that Judas was paid to betray Jesus - and decorated a bag containing some silver chocolate coins!!

And what are they doing over the next few weeks?

How about a Chalice for the Last supper? - wow! can we put them on show on Maundy Thursday Arthur? (Arthur said "Yes" - but as they are papier mache, no chance of wine I'm afraid!!)

And for Easter - there's a Card for Mum &/or Dad - and I think there may be some newly hatched fluffy chicks too!!

Well now - what's the party for? The Kidz had a great time.

They all had Gold balloons with their fluffy Easter Chicks!!
